One more balcony almost complete! Along with installing a TPO roofing system on the Executive Park Apartment complex near Emory University in Atlanta, Sentry Roof is installing DecTec on all 186 balconies. DecTec is a waterproof, fireproof membrane with a rough texture that makes it ideal for balconies, decks and pedestrian walkways.
