1. How much will my repair cost?
Most repairs cost a few hundred dollars. If it looks like it’s a bigger problem, we never charge you without first giving you an idea of what it will cost so that you can sign off. It’s also important to us that you understand the value of the repair we’re recommending, not just the cost.
For example, if you need better flashing to prevent the problem from happening again, we’ll explain the reasons why it’s important to the performance of your building. Our goal is to provide you with the information necessary to make a good decision.
2. Do you work on my type of commercial roof?
Yes! We have experienced technicians that complete repairs on all roof types. So if you have a commercial roof, we can take care of it for you.
3. Why wasn’t my leak stopped on your first trip?
Sometimes the location at which a leak appears on the inside of a building can often come from different sources, thus appearing to be the same “leak.” If we didn’t install the roof and haven’t been involved in maintaining it, it’s hard to predict exactly where and when the roof may develop problems. So it’s possible that what appears to be the same leak is really a different one.
If the leak is indeed the same one we repaired, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.
4. Do you warranty your work?
Yes, we absolutely guarantee our work. If any of our repairs fail to stick properly or hold, we rework them until they do — no additional charge to you. The first time we visit your location, we’ll offer our best advice on getting your roof into serviceable condition to help maximize its life. We won’t suggest that you remedy every single thing we find deficient, but we’ll make sure to let you know about the most important ones. Here’s more information on our re-roofing and new-roof warranties and repairing your roof.
