A Sentry Roof Services analysis includes a physical inspection of your roof and a series of photos for documentation.
Based on your priorities, we will determine what your roof currently needs: cleaning up and caulking, minor repairs, repairs that include cutting out and replacing problem areas before they let water into your system, or other types of services. Sentry Roof Services is highly skilled at evaluating any kind of commercial roofing system, no matter how complex.
Sometimes looking at the surface of your roof isn’t enough, however — you may need to know what’s underneath so you can understand the actual strength of your roof and other issues related to wear and tear. In these situations, we will test the materials using one of several non-destructive techniques, such as infrared photography, or by using a core cut to measure the actual strength of your roof through lab testing. Lab tests look for asbestos, the condition of each roof layer, and the method by which the roof was attached.
