The modified bitumen roofing system on this property was on its very last leg after having leaked consistently since another contractor installed it 15 years earlier. The auditorium portion of the building alone had 50 leaks. We took the system down to the metal deck, recycled the old EPS insulation, installed a TPO roofing system with a 20-year warranty — and gathered plenty of installation stories along the way.
