Replace a ballasted roof with TPO for value and durability

A massive piece of antiquated rooftop equipment was promoting leaks in the back section of this aging EPDM ballasted roof. To resolve that and other problems, Sentry worked with the owner to remove the rooftop equipment and rock ballast (the owner repurposed the rock). Then our crew constructed and waterproofed a new roof deck over the opening left by the equipment. The new mechanically attached TPO roof we installed offered the best value for the owner’s objective.
