New EPDM membrane and upgrades for a ballasted roofing system
After successfully maintaining the roof for years, its age and related problems finally required the installation of a new roof. Keeping the rock on the roof was the best option for the client, so we moved it out of the way section by section to make repairs, replace wet insulation, and install a new EPDM membrane. Best of all, our pre-planning allowed the property to maintain full operation without affecting its tenants. Details here.
