Drainage problems solved

Drainage problems with this 14-year-old modified bitumen roof led to ponding issues that eventually led to leaks. Solving the problem required sloping the roof correctly so that the water runs over the eaves and into the gutters. With new TPO on the flat sections and new asphalt shingles on the sloped sections, plus an additional layer of ISO insulation on top of the original ISO, the roof performs much better than it did before.
