A unique conversion property in the heart of Atlanta near the BeltLine
Sentry has re-roofed Bass Lofts twice. The first time was in 1998 when the 1926 building was converted from a school into a loft complex, and the second time was in 2016. It was a challenging project for a variety of reasons — it’s on the National Register of Historic Places, has aging masonry, and requires a lot of detail work. To protect the roof from foot traffic when technicians service the HVAC equipment, we installed cover board instead of walk pads. Details here:
