A unique conversion property in the heart of Atlanta near the BeltLine

Sentry has re-roofed Bass Lofts twice. The first time was in 1998 when the 1926 building was converted from a school into a loft complex. It was a challenging project for a variety of reasons — on the national historic register, aging masonry, lots of detail work — plus to protect the roof from foot traffic when servicing the HVAC equipment, we used cover board instead of walk pads.
